To record locally for all the users in an account.

  • Sign in or login into the zoom account as an administrator.
  • Click on Account Management, then Account Settings.
  • Now, click on the recording tab.
  • Click the Local Recording toggle to enable or disable it under the Recording
  • Click Enable or Disable to verify the change if the verification dialog box appears.


Now, to enable or disable recording for the group of users, follow the steps below.

  • Sign in or login into the zoom account as an administrator.
  • Click User Management, then Group Management in the navigation menu.
  • Now, click the applicable group name from the list of users.
  • Now, click on the recording tab.
  • Click on the Local Recording toggle to enable or disable it under the Recording
