Can I cancel my subscription plan?
Yes, of course, you can. All subscriptions allow you to use this product for the plan time and renew if you’re satisfied. You’ll receive an email notification 7 days before the end of the subscription, which will include instructions to either renew the subscription or cancel it.

What’s the difference between free version and paid version?
The trial version of Wondershare DemoCreator includes all the same features as the full version. The only difference is the exported videos in the trial version are watermarked.

Is there a limitation on recording length?
Actually, there is no limit on the duration of a recording. However, the recording could be limited by the capacity of free drive space where you save the recorded files. Also, be aware that a longer recording time period will create very large files that may reduce system performance while working with them during editing and exporting.

Can I capture two PC display screens simultaneously?
Currently, DemoCreator only supports capturing the main display screen if you have two PC screens.

How to record my computer screen & webcam?
You can use DemoCreator to record your screen and webcam simultaneously. Run the software and click "New Recording", click Camera, then you will find some setting options for camera, resolution and frame rate.You can set up them according to your needs. The computer screen capture and webcam recording will be displayed in different tracks. You can edit them separately.

How to register my DemoCreator after purchase?
The registration code will be sent in the confirmation email after your purchase. You can click Register and enter the registration code as well as your email address then it will show your DemoCreator has been activated successfully.

What is the difference between update and upgrade?
Update generally refers to a minor version release while upgrade refers to a major version release like DemoCreator V4 to DemoCreator V5. Perpetual plan includes all updates to the current major version, but doesn't include upgrades to future major versions. And subscription plan includes all updates and upgrades during the subscription period.
