Way 2: Delete Screenflow Cache
Another way to get Screenflow to start working again is to delete the app’s cache. Follow these simple steps to delete Screenflow cache;
Step 1: If Screenflow is open on your computer, close it and be sure to save any open projects.
Step 2: Open a new Finder window and then select the “Go” menu at the top.

Step 4: Open the “Caches” folder and delete all the files that start with “net.telestream.screenflow(4/5/6/7)”

Step 1: Click on the Apple Menu at the top-left of the screen

Step 1: On your keyboard, hit both the “Control” and the “Eject” button at the same time. The eject button is located in the top row and has an upward facing arrow with a thin line underneath it.
